While you can programme all assets at once, or programme a subset of assets, sometimes you just need to change the number of cuts on single asset. You can do this if you just have a small number of assets that you want to edit. This is easily done on the asset itself.

From the map, click the asset.

In the asset details pane, click the Cyclical Work drawer.

All programmes in which the asset is included will appear. Each programme will show the number of cuts that are assigned within that programme. A single asset may be included in more than one programme. If a cut is due in more than one programme at the same time, the cut will be logged against all programmes that are due. The date of the next cut is also displayed.

You will also see the next programme if it has been configured already' or just ‘Next Programme’ if the programme has not yet been created.

In the case of this asset, it has been programmed for 6 cuts in the current programme, and no next programme has been created yet.

Edit the number of cuts required in the programme. You can edit the number in any programme shown, and also the next programme, even if it has not yet been created.

If you set the number of cuts for the next programme, this value will override the default number of cuts in the new programme.

When editing is complete, click the X at the top of the asset details pain to close the asset and save the changes.

Repeat for each asset that need editing.

Once editing is complete, rebuild the programme to take the new settings into account.
